Maxine Aaronson uses a mix of partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and trusts in planning for the management and transfer of personal wealth. She assists her clients with stock redemptions and corporate and partnership reorganizations, as well as charitable giving, individual tax planning, and the planning for the protection of pre-marital wealth by designing appropriate marital agreements.
