Maxine Aaronson Named to Advisory Board of Nation’s Leading Tax Lawyers
Maxine Aaronson has been named a charter member of the Wolters Kluwer Legal Tax Advisory Board. Comprised of 18 of the nation’s leading tax lawyers from top law firms, academia and legal think tanks, the Board will engage in the thoughtful exchange of ideas and comments on both substantive and procedural tax issues.
Ms. Aaronson is the only tax lawyer from a small law firm to be invited to join the Advisory Board. A Texas solo practitioner for over 30 years, her practice is limited to business and tax planning; structuring business transactions; resolving issues with the Internal Revenue Service; and trust and estate planning. She primarily represents closely held businesses, their owners and their executives.
