Aaronson Teaches Dallas CPE on ADR

Maxine Aaronson will teach a program entitled If at First You Don’t Succeed, Try Something Different: Alternative Ways to Resolve Tax Disputes to the Dallas CPA Society on May 2, 2008. In addition to discussing mediation and arbitration in tax cases, the program will discuss the IRS’s fast track settlement and fast track mediation programs.
