Maxine Aaronson's practice is focused on providing tax advice and tax related legal services to businesses, their owners and executives. Since 1980, Ms. Aaronson has specialized in coordinating the intricacies of the Internal Revenue Code with business law and with the personal and family goals of her clients. She is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, having been awarded a certificate of Special Competence in Tax Law in 1986. She uses a client-centered team approach, working closely with the client's other professional advisers to achieve an optimal result with the lowest possible tax cost to the client.

Maxine Aaronson is a past chair of the Continuing Legal Education committee for the State Bar of Texas' Section of Taxation and is the current chair of the Tax Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Dispute Resolution.
