Maxine Aaronson has the ability to handle mediations of all sizes.   Her office suite has two large conference rooms with access to two more conference rooms on the same floor.  Ms. Aaronson can also make arrangements to handle  mediations with  larger groups if necessary.

The conference rooms are comfortable and most importantly, designed to be productive for the lawyers who use them.  Knowing that down time between private caucuses is a serious problem, the facility is lawyer friendly.  Each conference room has access to the internet.  A fax machine, copier and refreshment center are conveniently located just steps away, so that mediation participants can easily access them without assistance.   

For full day mediations,  a catered lunch from Corner Bakery is provided for all attendees.  For both half day and full day mediations, Ms. Aaronson provides an afternoon snack for all participants.  If possible, please advise us in advance of any special food issues such as vegetarian or diabetic diets so that we may make appropriate arrangements.

Ms. Aaronson's offices are located at Plaza of the Americas on the edge of the downtown Arts District.  There is easy access from all major freeways and from the DART light rail line.  Parking is readily available in the area in the attached garage or in inexpensive surface lots located just east of the building.   

Out of town counsel and clients will appreciate that the location is within a few hundred feet of two fine hotels.  The Marriott City Center Dallas is attached to our building as part of the Plaza of the Americas complex and the Sheraton Dallas Hotel  is a short (and walkable) block away.   The location is easily reached from both Love Field and DFW Airport.  Please feel free to contact us if you need specific directions from either airport to the office.
